  • Once any portion of your order ships, Folio and PIN will be available on your  page and shipping emails.
  • Your invoice will be generated and include items once they’ve shipped. Once the entire order ships, your complete digital invoice will be available after 12:30 a.m. the next day.
  • Folio and PIN will not be sent for orders of just a gift card or e-gift card.

  • All pricing is in Mexican Pesos. Pricing includes a 16% VAT/IVA.

We cannot accept checks, money orders, or COD as payment. We are now offering OXXO as a payment option in checkout. 

OXXO Payment

With OXXO you can pay for your online orders with cash or debit card as your 

nearest OXXO location. 

After placing an order with OXXO you will have two days to make your payment. OXXO orders cannot be edited or canceled after they are placed. 

When you place an order with OXXO, your items are reserved until you pay, and they will ship after payment has been received and processed. 

Refunds for orders placed with OXXO will be issued in the form of an AEO gift card.

Gift cards are non-refundable except where required by law.

Aplazo Payment

With Aplazo, you can pay for your orders with 5 interest-free biweekly payments. The first payment installment must be made using a debit card associated with your Aplazo account, and it is collected when you submit the order. We cannot accept a combination of AE gift cards and Aplazo as payment. 

If order items are canceled due to inventory issues, your payments will be updated to reflect the new order cost.

Returns on Aplazo Orders:

  • If you return any items by mail, a refund will be issued to the card associated with your Aplazo account.
  • If you make a return after Aplazo payments are complete, the amount will go back to your Aplazo account balance.

Months Without Interest (MSI)

With MSI, you can pay for your orders with 3, 6, or 9 interest free monthly payments. Payment plans will be managed by your card issuing bank. Contact your bank if you have payment plan questions.

MSI is available with any supported credit card issued in Mexico from select banks or American Express.* MSI is available on orders of at least $2500 for 3 and 6 interest free monthly payments, and $4000 for 9 interest free monthly payments, before shipping costs. MSI is not available on orders paid with debit card or gift card. If MSI is not available for your credit card but you think it should be, please contact your card issuing bank.

For orders placed with MSI, you can return items like normal, either in store or by mail. In the event of a return  before your payment plan is complete, contact your card issuing bank for any updates to the payment plan itself.
