AEO Price Adjustment Policy

If you purchased full-price merchandise from American Eagle, Aerie, or Offline (collectively “AEO”) stores, website, or mobile app and AEO has reduced the price of the purchased merchandise, we are happy to provide a price adjustment. Each full-price item purchased is eligible for one (1) price adjustment within fourteen (14) days of purchase with original proof of purchase. Items not purchased at full price are ineligible for price adjustments. Purchases made with coupon or promotion (excluding Real Rewards loyalty rewards) cannot receive price adjustment.
