AE Long-Sleeve Button-Up T-Shirt

Based on the reviews, I was a bit unsure about the sizing. I typically wear a size M (34DD) but considered sizing up to a large. I’m glad I stuck with my usual size because it fits perfectly and looks so cute! To get a better idea of the fit, I even looked up this top on LTK to see how it looked on others. It's a great piece for spring and early summer! TMI, but I always wash my clothes on a delicate cold cycle and air dry them to prevent shrinking and help them last longer.

Based on reviews I ordered a size up I did not have too should have ordered my normal size small. It’s not too big so I’ll keep it but definitely order your normal size. Other than that it’s a great light weight shirt and the color is nice for Spring

I bought the gray and the blue striped and love them both. I got size Small and don’t think it runs as small as the others say. I’m 5’5, 138 lbs and like a fitted look. The medium was flowy in the waist and I prefer it fitted.

I placed 3 orders in this (3 different sizes) before getting it right. First was in my typical "up-size" of Large (I wear Mediums and Larges for all tops in my closet) & it was way too small. Second was a jump to XXL but didn't prefer the fit being that loose in sleeves and body. Held onto it while placing third order in XL. Overall choice was XL, which was fitted (not tight) as preferred. I kept trying because liked the fabric, color, and style. Good casual top to wear with denim. It isn't cropped, but also not long. It hits about at the waist of my high-rise jeans. I'm 5'9". I have broad shoulders, long lean arms, & not busty.

I love this shirt but I even upsized to a medium when I normally wear a small because I planned on wearing this as a cardigan style as pictured, yet it was still too small. For reference, I am 5’6” and 122lbs with a 34B bust. I wear an XS or XXS in sweaters and a 0/00 in bottoms from AE, depending on the fit. Highly disappointed when the sizing and length said “normal” since it comes up to the bottom of my ribs. I hope others have better luck but this is going back to AE for me.
