Shrinks despite following washing instructions

I purchased this sweater about a month ago and would not recommend it. Despite following the washing instructions perfectly, it shrunk a ton, and is now not wearable due to the bottom band being so rippled, and the sweater now being too short. It also seems to pill quite badly.

i bought this for a fraction of the original price and am returning it. its not at all soft, super scratchy and itchy. cant imagine paying original price for it. so disappointing

Not worth it

Loved it when I first wore it. It shed a lot though and then after a couple washes the shape and elasticity changed and even the fabric became itchy and not very comfortable. I don’t think this is worth the price at all.

Really wanted to love it!

I waited for a long time for this sweater to go on sale, im a neutral girl and online it looked perfect. In person, it was thinner than expected, staticky and crazy itchy! :(

itchy for the price

usually love sweaters from AE but this was one of the most itchy sweaters ive had. i got a medium. it has stretch and the color was perfect, but for its price i am so surprised by the material when cheaper items are much softer.
