AE Ballet Neck Open Knit Sweater

Pretty, nice heavy cotton feel

I love how well the fabric feels, its soft and thick but still breathable for spring when its not too hot, or not too cold. its also so versitile!

I love this so much I have this sweater in white, blue, pink, green and tan. I have the white and tan in M and the others in a S. I am usually a S in American Eagle but sized up in two of them so I could get the off the shoulder look. They are stunning! I get complements whenever I wear them. I plan to wear them with shorts in the summer and over a tank top with jeans and boots now. The bigger size provides a bit mors length as well. At this point I might pull the trigger and but the brown the complete my collection. If you are on the fence, grab this sweater! Its beautiful and does not snag easily! #AEReviewSweepsEntry

I normally wear a M and purchased an XL in three colors becsuse it is made so well and is great…when it is not cropped to death. I washed them on handwash cycle, in mesh bags and cold water, layed flat to dry. I am only 5’2” FYI so average height or tall ladies might not get the length they want when upsizing but it wont hurt. When wet you can stretch rhese so they are longer too FYI.

I absolutely love the crocheted style of this top and fell madly in love. I dont normally like cropped shirts (and this is really cropped), but the slightly oversized look fits adorable and goes great with high waisted jeans. It is slightly oversized as I usually wear L/M (recently lost weight so in between sizes) and it falls slightly off the shoulder due to it’s heaviness and the sizing. I, personally, think it’s great!

Sweater is so soft and comfortable. Put a cute a tank underneath it.

Saw this on a LTK of an influencer with a similar body type. I felt it flattered my postpartum body without emphasizing my breastfeeding chest too much. the sweater is cropped which isnt my favorite but overall I think I can make it work so am keeping it!

I like the sweater overall and ill keep it but I wish it wasnt quite so cropped. if I went up a size for more length the sleeves would be too long too so theres that

Cute sweater. Love the fit and style but within minutes of wearing it, the right sleeve began unraveling. Tried to exchange it in store but they would not accept it since the tag had been removed. Very disappointed in lack of quality control and customer service.

As i pulled it out of the packaging my wedding ring HARDLY snagged and ruined the sweater. I should have listened. Save your money on this one.

I was very excited to wear this sweater. I washed it before wearing, followed the instructions on the tag exactly, and it completely fell apart. Strings hanging off everywhere, the whole thing is a mess. Return policy says items have to be unwashed and have the original tags on which I clearly don’t have. Very upset about this, as it was very cute when I tried on. Have never had this issue with AE before. Immediately came to leave a review instead - do not purchase this unless you want to never wash it :/
