Wrong Size Sent Twice

I also received the wrong size of this shoe TWICE. I'm truly so bummed because it's such a cute pair of shoes & I wanted to get my AE points from buying here. I won't be trying a third time only for the wrong size to be sent again, looking for these shoes somewhere else now.

I ordered a size 7 1/2 online but received a size 6. I even returned them in store and reordered with an employee but I still received the wrong size. I just returned them for a refund

Ordered a size M9/W10.5 and received a womans size 9 and they were too small so i exchanged them in store for the correct size that i ordered and had them shipped to me and got the same womans size 9 so i finally just gave up on these sneakers and returned them
