I struggle with skirts and was so excited to find this one just hanging out on the rack. It is fitted but not too tight, and hits perfectly at mid-thigh. it has a pair of shorts underneath so it almost feels like a skort and less exposed. I highly recommend this for all my girls with smaller waists and muscular legs/butt because other skirts dont fit me well and a small fits great. The skirt has a good amount of stretch too

Love this black skort! The length isn't too short so I feel comfy wearing it somewhere like work or church. I bought a medium, but could probably have been comfy in with a small (I typically wear size 6 pants). The material is soft and stretchy. Would def recommend! #AEReviewSweepsEntry

This skirt is literal perfection! I could’ve done the large but went with a medium and it fit perfectly. The length is great. I love the built in shorts. It had enough stretch and the waistband is stretchy enough as well. Love that it doesn’t have a zipper. The small slit is modest yet cute. I need this in all the colors.

i listened to everyones previous comments about sizing down and im so glad i did! i usually wear a small and am a 26-27 in jeans or a 0 in AE jeans and i got an xs regular and it fits perfectly. im 5’7 and it wasnt too short at all!! great material too

I had really high hopes for this skort and it did not disappoint! It can be difficult to find skirts that are flattering for a small waist, wide hips/big butt, thick thighs but this is it! I ordered the long version and I find it's a comfortable length to give the vibe of a short skirt without feeling like you're going to flash the world if you bend down. The skort has a slight compression - just enough to smooth over a bit a tummy but not enough that its digging in. The shorts underneath are quite stretchy and breathable. Would highly recommend!

I bought it in an XL and as a true XL it was way too big. I am 5 foot 3 about 200 pounds and it fit long and very loose. I tried the L and that was still pretty big. I had to go to a size M and it fit perfect. Still had some stretch to it but it was comfortable. Not sure because of my shape but the bottom in the back was lifting a little but didn't really bother me. I would've preferred if it was laying flat. But I would absolutely recommend this skirt!!! #AEReviewSweepsEntry

The fit was perfect. It runs a little big so I get a smaller size. It’s so cute on it goes with everything so comfortable. I love that. There was shorts underneath. I can dress it up and dress it down. It’s a perfect add on to my wardrobe.

I bought the brown plaid version of this skort about a month ago and I LOVE it! The fabrics and so soft and comfortable, and I don’t find that the skort shorts ride up when I’m walking around. I also sized down from a small to an extra small for a more fitted look. Much better than the alternatives out there!

This skort is exactly what I’ve been looking for!! the material is so soft and stretchy and the knotch is a super cute detail. I’d say its very true to size— I’m a 8/10 in AE jeans and between a medium/large usually. The medium and large both fit me very well, but I ultimately went with a large so I can continue to wear it for a long time. Definitely go with your normal size— and definitely get this skort!!

This skirt is so comfy and cute, I love the simplicity of it, it was just needed as a fall essential and it perfectly fit the description of what it was. I usually am a small in bottoms but sized down to an Xs because of the elasticity of the product and it’s is short, but it fits great around my waist and I love it.

I bought this skirt recently because it has been on my list of clothes I wanted to get in general and when I saw that AE had it, I was like okay guess I’m buying it from them because I know it will be good- and it was! I have worn it over and over again in just the past few weeks!
I like the fit a lot! It just slipped on so easily and it fit great! I was surprised that I couldn’t really like lower the height of the waist band on myself, a tad too high but that’s okay.

i'm not a huge skirt girl, but this one is too cute! it fits really nicely & is so soft. i love the stretchiness of it & the attached shorts. it does run a bit big. i usually take a size medium in pants/skirts, but i sized down to a small.
