So freaking cute!! Haven't had a skort since my gradeschool days!! And didn't realize how much I had missed it!! This skort is so cute with the flap details and the pockets! Feels like really good material and has some stretch but not too much!! The 4 fit me good... with space in the waistline but I don't think I could size down so I'd say true to size!!
