I have been looking for a good white mini skirt and I don’t know if I just did not read the description for this, but I had no idea there were built-in shorts under it! I think that is a great feature though and it helps make the skirt not see-through at all! I was able to pull this up above my belly button and I have a long torso so it can be hard for me to find things that are high waisted enough. The skirt is very late and super cute, definitely worth the purchase!
