I ordered my normal Size medium and its a little big but i think a small would be too snug.
I was surprised it has shorts underneath! I like the skirt even more now.

so a couple of things, first, theres shorts inside… i didn’t love that as it made it feel a bit bulky. I was thinking this will be a summer knit lightweight, and thin but the shorts underneath made it feel heavy. Second, this runs big im not sure what my thought process was when ordering… I ordered a bigger size?? definitely needed to size down…

The skirt was way too big. I an typically a large but i would suggest to size down. Other than that, its a nice material.
