Very cute with any outfits

I love how these shoes look so cute and stylish but a bit over priced for what they are, white shoes. They came with a few dark stains on them which was really disappointing because of the price I paid for them. They were not laced up all the way when they came which isn't a huge problem but took a bit of time to lace up. They were slightly loose around the top of my foot by my ankle but I put shoe soles in them and they fit better. #AEReviewSweepsEntry

I will start by saying I love the sneaker and have always had great ordering experience with American Eagle however this time was very confusing. I originally ordered the sneaker in white and received a black pair instead. When I called customer service they said they would reconcile the order and send out a new white pair. When I received the second pair they were black color again. When I called back to customer service they seemed annoyed with my complaint. I did receive a discount on the sneaker. In the end it took 3 tries to get the right sneaker which is being shipped and which I still haven’t received yet.

When I picked my package up off the steps, the bag was sliced open. The box itself was falling apart, literally came off in pieces. The shoes had stains on them (random grey and orange dots all over the shoes). Returning. Wouldn’t recommend.

Weird fitting

I was disappointed with these shoes. I’m usually a size 8 but everyone said to size a half size down in the reviews and the 7 ½ was too tight so I returned and got an 8 but the shoe is so wide and just fits weird :/ I wanted to love these!
