Birkenstock Women's Arizona EVA Sandal

As much as I loved the sandals I had to return them. They are to hard and have a high arch.

I had to return these because they are a narrow width. I didn't even think to check and see what the width of the shoe is in the description, since it wasn't stated anywhere that they are narrow in the title or drop down menu. I find it especially odd that the only size they carry is narrow, considering retailers normally carry the regular width of shoes, so I had no reason to assume that these were any different. Also, the mens shoes are regular width.. so I'm not sure why this isn't the case for women!

I bought these sandals hoping they would have the look of the pricer Birkenstocks while being a little comfier since they were rubber. While I wasn't disappointed in the look and thought they were really cute, they felt very cheap. They were more of a harder plastic than a soft rubber and were uncomfortable to wear. I don't think they would last longer than a couple of weeks before snapping or bending.

Super cute color, I got the green ones. Comfortable and has a true fit, HOWEVER.......the first pair I got had scratches all over them. I figured they were just packaged rough, AE was amazing and helped me return them. Purchased another pair and they are scratched more then the first pair I got. Its the material they use. EASILY scratches. To me that looks horrible, especially with a cute outfit to have all scratched up sandals, especially for $50. First bad review I'm written. I feel horrible but it's the truth. I wouldn't purchase another pair again.

They look like Biriks, but they are really awful. The only thing I liked was the color. First, the buckles were very difficult to adjust; even using the last hole, they were still not snug and it felt as if the material would stretch; the material picked up EVERYTHING!! I have a wool rug, and I couldn't even place them near the rug without strands of the rug all over the shoes, and I couldn't just brush them off with my hand or a paper towel, I had to use a damp paper towel to get the strands from my rug off. I usually wear a 6 in shoes but a 36 in Birikis. Since the smallest size was 37 which I was told when I chatted with an AEO rep would fit my feet perfectly, they ended up being 1 size too big, so I still take a 36 in Birikis. These sandals are the same quality as the ones sold by Walmart and cost 10 times more. They're made out of a lightweight plastic/rubber material, and totally not as supportive and sturdy as the classic Birks. Also, not a good idea if you have wider feet, as these are narrow even if you widen the buckle on the straps.
