Cute but not tight enough

Bought this last week and wore it that same day because it matched my outfit perfectly. It’s very cute but was still a little loose on my neck even when hooked on the tightest chain loop. I won’t discredit it too much because I am on the tinier side..

This is a cute choker but the clasp is in a weird spot. The flower can't be anywhere other than all the way to my right or the clasp shows. I would've liked to be able to have a little more flexibility in putting the flower over more towards the middle.
