I've been getting AE curvy jeans for a while now. I've always been a size 6 and noticed their sizes have recently been changing. For these curvy jeans I would recommend sizing up 1 size. I got an 8 based on other reviews, and I'm glad I did. The 8 fits like my previous size 6 curvy jeggings. Not sure why the sizes are getting smaller but it's a bit frustrating. I've not gained any weight. The material is stretchy and fits like a true jegging. It hits right below my belly button which seems standard for high waisted. I may give the blue colour a try to see if they fit similar. The length was good for my 5'4 height. I got the regular length.

i am a 14/16 and i got the 16 long. the regular seems to be a little too shirt for my liking. these jeans fit like a glove and i like the high rise to smooth out the tummy.

Overall I love the jeans just a few concerns I have to say the zippers are terrible and the stitching on the outter seem isnt durable ive had 3 pairs pop open on the thigh.

I’ve noticed that the curvy jeans have changed a bit recently; they don’t fit the way that they used to. With this being the case, I sized up and they fit a bit better but I still have some room in the waist which is not the norm for the curvy style jeans. I normally wear a 10/12 but I ordered a 14 in these. The 12s were too tight in the hips.

Giving one star off because I sized up from my normal size and they’re almost snug on me. Makes it almost not like a full high rise either. But they do zip up and fit, have stretch to them, and are soft so I will be keeping them. If you buy and are in between sizes, size up!

So I took my measurements and based off of that the 18 would have been perfect but it only fit me great from the top half and too loose from my legs. I’m usually a size 14 regular when I buy the blue jeans but when I bought these curvy jeans in black the first time I noticed they were tighter. I sized up and the size 16 fit almost the same at the blue ones in size 14.

I ordered my regular size 8short im 5’2’, 140. with them being curvy i expected them to be a bit loose fitting like the other one I have. mainly the wasit is snug which I’m debating on keeping or returning. the rest of the jean does have a nice stretch not tight.

They're just ok. These are not like previous curvy jeggings from AE. The rise is lower, and they are baggy in the knees which is odd. I absolutely LOVE my old AE curvy high rise jeggings, but these are definitely not like those at all. AE PLEASE bring back the original curvy high rise!!!

My current pair of black AE jeans are on their way out so I saw this and was pretty stoked to grab them. The fit on the hips and waist was great, though not as high rise as I thought they were going to be. The issue is when it hit my knees and calves. The fit ends up being way too baggy on me, especially in the knee area. This is my second pair of Curvy pants that I have had this issue with, both I bought in the same order. I have Curvy style from AE that I bought awhile ago and the knee issue is not a problem with them. Whether it's the company making some changes or a fluke, it's not something that I can work with. These will unfortunately have to be a return for me. #AEReviewSweepsEntry

Iv always been a 14reg in the curvy line. A 16 in other AE fits. I ordered my regular 14 assuming they would fit great. I was wrong. These are too snug. The waist isn't high, it's more of a mid rise. The back of the waist band pulls down in an odd way creating a gap. I wonder if these are actually a curvy fit? They were labeled as a curvy fit but I wonder if they are mislabeled? The waist panel was nice and tucked the tummy away. I wish all the curvy pants had this. I didn't notice any bum lifting but that could be because they were too tight. I'll reorder in a 16 and hope they fit like my beloved curvy are jeans of the past. #AEReviewSweepsEntry

Don't be fooled these are not high rise. Even the pockets sit very low on the butt. Waste of money if you're hoping for high rise pants. Otherwise true black color and good fabric. But would send back if I could.
