Funny how some say they are too long and some say they were too short. The gray was short, but I will roll them up. I am 5-5 and 125 lbs snd got a size 2.

Usually the jeans are plenty long. These are not. But I like them rolled up anyway so they work. Debating on whether to just take out the hem, but Ill probably just wesr them turned up.

XLONG missed the mark

I’m 5’10 and I ordered the 10 xlong. When I received the jeans the tag reads 10 xlong however after trying them on and then measuring the inseam they are clearly not XLong. The inseam measures 31 and not 35. I love the jeans but this pair is going back. I’m going to order another pair and hope they come in as a TRUE xlong.

These jeans have no stretch in them at all. They were stiff as a board until I steamed them. Now they are a bit softer. I like them, but I'm not in love with them. I can wear them with a belt, as they are very loose around the waistband. I only paid about $6.00 for them with coupons and money off, so it's not a great loss. The only way to tell if they would fit me was to wash them. AEO and Aerie won't let you return anything that has the tags removed. So it you wash what you bought, and it comes out badly, you'rre stuck witih it. Not a great policy. AE + Aerie gift card!

Comfy but runs big and short

My first pair of stovepipe jeans and the sizing is a bit off. For reference I’m 106 pounds and slightly under 5’1. Got my usual size 2 xshort and it fits like an ankle jean. The legs are extremely wide and the overall fit is quite baggy but comfy. The length got shorter after washing and it stretches out a bit after a couple hours. I highly recommend sizing down and getting a longer length. Didn’t want to bother exchanging since I got a really good deal on this.

Great fit just not the extra long that I was expecting - I’m a 36 inch inside leg so they were way too short so had to return them unfortunately- I thought I had read they were longer so a little disappointed as they are a great Jean

Bought these in 14 Long. American Eagle’s size chart says that Long pants have a 33” inseam, but these were only 31.” Have to return them, way too short.

I wanted to love these, color is beautuful, they are soft and have the perfect amount of stretch to them. But the rise was quite low for “high rise” and the extra long length was a full inch shorter then all my other jeans from AE in the same inseam. Disappointed to have to retun these.

Bought these a few months ago in tan and loved them. My husband accidentally ruined them in the washer, so I reordered them as well as these in gray. Took the tags off prematurely because I thought they would be the exact same fit- boy was I wrong. Both are extremely baggy in the waist, yet about an inch shorter. Contacted customer service and was told they cannot be returned unless I wanted to attempt taking them to the store. Very frustrating.

im 5ft 11 and alwsys get a pair of 14 xlong pants fron American Eagle, and they always fit! I don’r know if I was sent the wrong length, but the pants fit me like a cspri, I am very dissapointed and will have no choice but to return.

Ordered these in X Long length. They were three inches shorter than website description. I’ve always orderd AE jeans for the long length. C’mon American Eagle, please make your pants long enough again😩 (and match the website description)
