AE Solid Blazer

was looking for a blazar that could elevate my look but not be too formal, this was perfect. i am a graduate student and this is the perfect jacket for me!

I really like this blazer. Both colours are beautiful. Loved the green. It’s prettier in person. The grey one does have a slight warm tone to it and is a great neutral. I ordered the small in the green and xs in the grey. The small was too big. Xs fit perfect. I’m usually a small in fitted shirts and xs in oversized shirts. I disagree with the arms being short. My arms are slightly longer than usual I’d say and both sm and xs reached pass my wrist to my hands. I took one star away bc the seams at the shoulders do stick out slightly, which took away from the quality look. Overall I’m happy with my purchase.

I really wanted to love this blazer but to me the color was a little off compared to the picture (a bit more warmed toned than expected). However it was the fit that pushed me to return since it fit well throughout the body (I wanted a slightly oversized fit) but was short in the arms. I know I have long arms but if you do too then keep that in mind!

The sage green is nicer in person. Fully lined, it works well for me as lightweight outer layer over sweaters and tees to dress up workwear. #AEReviewSweepsEntry

I've returned it because I wasn't really into the fit but I did feel like it felt nice on me. It was just a bit boxy. I was pretty sad because I loved the color and how soft it was.

I wanted to like this! And maybe I would if I sized down, I felt the length was too long all around. But it’s a “soft” blazer if that makes sense, and I prefer my blazers with a bit more shape/stiffness. Very cute and soft! Just not for me. #AEReviewSweepsEntry

The front flaps of the Jacket is very round and chunky. It added a lot of weight to my hips. The arms were too tight but everything else was big and bulky. The tops of the sleeve popped up like it had shoulder bumps. It's very oddly shaped, unflattering and bulky. I liked the fabric and the color. #AEReviewSweepsEntry
