AE Oversized Fleece Crew Neck Sweatshirt

I'm reading reviews AFTER I received this and wow.. I've never had a problem like this with AE. The material is super cozy and they sent me a replacement, but that many errors is weird and now the website is saying neither one is available.

Nothing against the actual product, it’s great, just not what I ordered. I ordered “green” and received “blush” my daughter hates pink so it isn’t going to work for us.

Color and pattern arrived are different than what is shown.

Like everyone else, I also received the wrong color. I was willing to keep it, however the material is pretty thin and not the kind of crew neck I am looking for. The fit is a good oversize though, so sticking with your usual size should be fine.

I had my heart set on the green and somehow received the blush. I have no way of getting it back to the store and and really confused as the blush was no longer on the site when I ordered. I used my gift card because I waited until green was specifically loaded. Pretty bummed.

I love these oversized crewneck sweatshirts from AE....but I ordered the pink one and recieved the blue/grey one. There is no way Im about to deal with the hassel of mailing it back during the holiday season. I dont mind the blue/grey one but wish they had sent me the pink!!

Great sweatshirt but I ordered it in green. It was shipped to me in blush. No thank you not a pink person. Will return.

I don't know what happened but I ordered a xxl in the green and received an xxl in a pink color. That said, the sweatshirt itself seems nice. It's a gift so I can't attest to the quality and wear but I don't hate it...I just wish I would have gotten what I ordered.

I decided to check out the reviews and saw that I’m not the only person who got the wrong sweatshirt. I ordered the green, but got the blush instead. It’s not worth the hassle of returning, but wow. How did this happen to so many people?

I’ve ordered this sweatshirt in blush twice and got delivered the green twice! Contacted AE about this recurring problem and met with an oh well attitude.

I got the wrong colour too?!! I want to return this but the number does not match my online order?? How do you get the green and not the blush?? American Eagle listen to your customers and all these reviews of people getting the wrong shirt. So disappointed. I’ve been ordering for years from here and this has NEVER happened to me before. Happening once is one thing but to so many already. This is ridiculous!!

I got the wrong color not once but TWICE! Not sure how to get the Green and NOT the blush

I ordered the blush tie dye sweatshirt twice. And both times I got the wrong color!! How can you trust what you order is what your going to get!? Very frustrating!!! I see many people have had the same issue.

Thought I was the only one. Received the wrong color in the sweatshirt I ordered blush and got the blue so that’s annoying. How did this happen to soooo many people (according to the reviews)?? So annoying. They didn’t pay attention to the color description that is on the outside packaging? Mine was a Christmas gift and I am super disappointed. Customer service did nothing.

got the wrong color, ordered green but got a salmon colored one. doesn't seem worth is to go through the hassle of returning it but I don't understand the confusion, the colors are very different:/

I ordered this sweatshirt in the blush color and had it shipped to the store for pickup. When I picked it up, it was the wrong color and the associates had no clue what I was talking about. And I tried to find it online and it wasn’t even on the website anymore. How are you going to sell a shirt and then deliver the wrong color. This sweater is so pretty and comfy! However, the first time I washed it it already started to get fur balls on it! I wish the quality was better, given the original pricing!

I ordered the one pictured from Canada and received a completely different one that isn't even on the Canadian website. The tag is in US dollars and when I called the person I spoke with couldn't even look up the one I received. How does this happen? And to top it off the one I ordered is no longer available online in my size. Seeing as how with Covid I can't go to a mall this really sucks. I was so excited about this sweater. Now I have the hassle of having to send the wrong one back, which I shouldn't have to in my opinion. Very upset about this.

I ordered this item 2 times hoping the second time it would be right. I received the other color BOTH times and the sizing is way off on this item as well. Very disappointed in American Eagle with this item.
