I love the length and the weight of the fabric of this pair of shorts. They are casual yet appropriate to wear in a variety of settings. I wasn’t sure about the elastic at the back waist but it makes them extra comfortable! I did size down from an 8 to a 6 per the reviews and they fit well. #AEReviewSweepsEntry

I enjoy the style and weight of the trouser shorts but they are on the large side. I like the cream color. I will keep them and use a belt. Quality is nice. I have washed them twice No shrinkage even when put in the dryer.

Works well with the length requirements for shorts at my job. i did order a size 8 initially since that is what i am for the jeans at AE. returning the 8 for a 6. also, the waist band is elastic!!!

These shorts are very nice. The fabric is not heavy and flowy, and it looks good, almost like a skirt. However, the size 14 I've got is more like size 16, too loose, so I have to exchange for size 12.

I was able to easily pull the size 8 off as if they were elastic waist sweatpants. I will exchsnge for a smaller size and hope they fit because the rest of the shorts are 10/10…cut, length, fabric!
