AE Strigid Super High-Waisted Relaxed Denim Short

Bought these while birthday shopping with my granddaughter! These shorts fit beautifully. She bought a size 000. They are made well and are a good length.

These shorts are beyond comfortable. They feel like I'm not wearing any shorts. They’re super soft and don’t cause any chafing. They're also true to size, and they manage to give wiggle room so that they don’t suffocate you in the belly region. You literally won’t regret purchasing a pair of these!

I like these shorts. I am between an AE 8-10 and sized down and they fit perfect without gapping along the waist. the length is comfortable on the back without looking too long in the front!

5’4 180lbs I bought size 12 n I don’t have to worry about it digging in my waist when I sit down. I like to dress tomboy n these shorts are a classic length that don’t show under booty. They are thin but if you’ve had that in the past from AE, you know how soft they are too. I’m an 8 in stretch barrel jeans, 10 in dreamy drape wide legs, and a 12 in mom jeans. That’s just how it is but I’m not complaining bc the number doesn’t matter. If you can’t find a size that works for you, just try a different style.

Theyre great. i bought them yesterday going to be a staple piece for sure. i liked them bc they arent too long but arent too short.

I absolutely love these jeans shorts!! I was hesitant to get them because they didn’t have many reviews but SOO GLAD I DID! I wear a size 10 in AE and the 10s fit me perfect!!! ALSO A PLUS they are super comfortable and the length is perfect, they cover my butt without being too long 

They are true to size. Im a 8-10 girly and a 8 fit perfect. They are one of the better pairs of shorts ive bought from AE. The model photos make these shorts look so frumpy.

super cute just a little thin

i really like these shorts, they’re really flattering and the wash is perfect. i wish they wouldve came in low rise but they arent super high waisted. the only thing was that they’re really thin, i dont know if that was on purpose or if the quality of jean shorts is just getting worse. they are more breathable that way i suppose but im concerned about how they will wear over time. i would recommend them though because they make a great basic piece.

I bought these as a shorter version of the Strigid Perfect Bermuda. I kept them but they fit a bit smaller bc of the rise I’m sure. I like the fit of the Bermuda but the length of these.

Thought these were pretty good, they look like the photo and material seems like normal denim material. They were too big for my daughter at a size 2 so ordering a size 0. She is a size 2 in other shorts at AE but these were too big in the waist. So maybe they run larger slightly.

I am usually a size 20 in American Eagle and ordered these thinking they may even run a bit big after reading other reviews. Super bummed that they are actually quite tight in the waist. If you carry your weight in the tummy, this may not be the style for you, but if you have wider hips, I’m sure they are adorable.

i usually order a 10/12 in AE jeans depending on the style and WOW! These were super tight in the thigh and absolutely gaping at the waist. At least 4-5 inches from my back.

shorts themselfs are cute, but the quality of them are not. they have a very thin material and feels like plastic. definitely do not recommend.
