I'm unsure if they changed the measurements for how these shorts are sewn since those other reviews were left, but I'm 5'4", 160, usually size 10... and these fit perfectly true to size. Ordering more bc I'm obsessed. NO gaps at back, comfy fit around hips. Comfortable and flattering. What's more to love
