Bought this for a burst of cold weather. It was perfect. Not itchy at all.

I love the hat but the customer service is outstanding. I tried to buy the hat in Maine but the sales associate never charged me or put the hat in my bag with the sweater and vest I purchased. When I got back to Massachusetts I realized I didn’t have the hat. I called the store in ME and they were gracious enough to send the hat to a store near me in MA ( a $11 hat mind you). ME store manager advised the store in MA to contact me when the hat arrived. They called me! I honestly thought I’d never get the hat. Great customer service. I love the hat that matches my vest and sweater. Thanks AE.
