restocked and ordered but never shipped

i’ve been waiting and hoping that this hat would come back. i ordered other items just so i could get this hat shipped to me. just for it to never ship and then get canceled 16 days later??? there was 0 communication or compensation. i spend a lot of money at american eagle - literally almost my entire wardrobe. super dissapointed and frustrated.
