Like other people, I received a plain sweat shirt with no graphic. Customer service was pretty frustrating and the in store person had get a manager because the item didn’t match the order 😑

Hate to rate a 1 star but I waited for this print sweater to come back in stock and was so excited when it came in. It arrived and was just a blank grey sweatshirt with no print :( have to return.

Bought two sweatshirts; different graphics and sizes. Neither had graphics - front nor back. What is happening, AE? Sweatshirt fit and quality has tanked. "Longer length" and "standard length" are too short, baggy, or boxy in all the wrong ways. Higher polyester content. Has the QC department mandated blindfolds? Is the conveyor belt going too fast? How are multiple blank graphic sweatshirts being sent to customers?
