love it but wish I took a smaller size

Great fit in general. At first it felt like the size is perfect but after an hour it became a little loose and I wished I took a smaller size.
I'm 5'3" and took the short size and the length is perfect.

Absolutely love the fit of these flare jeans. Form fitting where they need to be. I am 5'2" and ordered short so that I could wear these with flat shoes and the length is perfect for such shoe! Color is also great!! Exactly what I was looking for.

I purchased these in my usual size but had to exchange them for 2 sizes smaller, just an FYI. So happy I did because I love the detail at the waist! Super comfortable and I've received many compliments already. Would highly recommend!

I bought the high waisted skinny kick jean and they fit perfect. I ordered two pairs and I just ordered the lighter color. The fit in these jeans are absolutely unbelievably amazing and was so glad when American eagle got them in again. American eagle skinny kick jeans are super because you have the xshort which fit perfect

I have another pair of flare jeans from AE that ended up looking cropped since I’m 5’9, so I got a size 2 Long this time. These give that perfect silhouette I wanted and touches the floor. It does bunch when I’m barefoot but since I usually wear them with platform shoes or boots its absolutely perfect! Super comfy yet secure-feeling, and the stitching on the back is so flattering!

Love these! My normal size is a little snug but they have stretch so I'm assuming they will be fine after an hour or two. I am 5'9 and got the long length and can where th with a small heeled bootie.

i’m 5’2,, around 150lbs & have a 26 waist. i got these in size 8 Short & it’s sooo comfy & stretchy !! i think its the perfect length it JUST hits the floor but i wear platforms // chunky shoes so i know they wont drag. i loveee the design in the back & pockets are actually real & deep

These jeans are gorgeous. They have the perfect amount of stretch and are very comfortable. The details put them over the top - so flattering! I am 5’7, 152 lbs and normally take a 10R, which is what I ordered. They fit TTS for me.

I typically buy straight legged jeans, but these had such good reviews so I figured I would give them a shot!
I wish I could take a better picture of them, but whatever lol. They are very cute, flattering, and very comfy as well! The material feels durable and I don’t think they would stretch throughout the day. They have the perfect amount of stretch to them where they still feel like jeans and not jeggings which I love. I don’t particularly love flared jeans for myself, but I’m giving these a 5 because I think if you’re into that fit then you would love them!

I am normally a 14R in AE stretchy jeans. I have had to size up 1-2 sizes in the jeans with no stretch. My waist is 39” and my hips are 50,” and I am 5’6.5” ~ If I were to follow the size chart, I would probably be a size 20, but I like a snug but comfortable fit, and 14 always works, so I got the 14 TALL to wear with boots. With flat boots. the jeans touch the ground. With cowboy boots with a 2-inch heel, they look good. I might hem them half an inch if I’m feeling spicy. If I were just wearing flats or sneakers, I would get the Regular length for my height. If the stretchy curvy jeans fit you, I’d get the size you wear in those. ❤️

These are my new favorite jeans. They are true to size with the perfect amount of stretch to hug my curves. I’m 5’1 130 lbs so I ordered a size 2 short. I tried them on with my cowboy boots-yee haw! They look amazing. I also tried them with some strappy heels-fabulous! These jeans are so versatile. Whether it’s a night of line dancing or brunch with my besties, these jeans are a hit.

I find the AE jeans run quite long so I finally decided to try their short inseam and I have never had a pair of flares that I don’t step on all of the time! The waist details, rise, and amount of flare are all so flattering and the fabric is really comfortable. Excellent fit, and the flare is classic enough to balance the hips. Unfortunately, I bought the long because the last pair of AE jeans I bought in regular just scammed my ankle and the long are super super long. For reference, I am 5 foot six and 128 pounds with a thick waist and small hips and the size 2 fit me perfect perfectly.

love these, but the material is thin

I love these jeans! they are so cute and i would recommend them, but my pair ripped the first time that i pulled them up. its just a small rip right above the pocket, but its still sad because i was really hoping to love these and the material at the waist was just so thin. they are super cute and flattering with the details, i just wish they were higher quality. i havent had this problem with any of aes jeans before now
