The dress was really cute and surprisingly flattering for a straight-cut style. I’m a D cup, so the v neckline showed a lot of tata but it was kinda balanced out by the modest shape of the rest of the dress. The only bad thing about this dress imo is the length — I’m 5’6” and my usual size medium barely covered all my bits when I was just standing (I tried to sit down in the dress and it was pretty much around my waist). I returned bc of the length, otherwise I would’ve kept it. I think someone with a flatter chest and butt might have less of a problem with the length. I need AE to bring back the tall length option on dresses lol

I bought this dress for New Year’s. It is a super cute 1920s-esque dress. You could also wear it for a concert (everyone at the party said i was giving Taylor Swift vibes). I bought my usual size Medium. My measurements are 39-35-41. The dress fit fine around my torso, but it was super short. I brought a change of clothes bc I knew I would be uncomfortable in a dress that barely covered my bits and bobs. I’m only 5’4”, so i think a taller person would have trouble in this dress. I also dont think this dress is the most flattering for curvy people. It didnt hug my curves or show off anything because it’s just cut straight. It kinda made me look like a big blob. If you are skinny like the model, then this would probably be a lot more flattering on you.

This dress is not gold, it made me look naked with sequins on top. I wish they would list the color as neutral or skin tone. otherwise, the dress is fine. boxy. true to size.
