Beautiful dress but LONG

Beautiful dress and very comfortable, but it's way too long for me. I'm 5'3" and it would need to be shortened several inches to make it wearable for me. If you're on the taller side, this may be a great dress for you.

Ever since I watched Monte Carlo as a kid I’ve wanted the peach coloured dress Leighton Meester wears in the movie. This is clearly not peach, but it has a very similar silhouette on the top half on the dress. I ordered a size up from my regular(medium) to get a slightly baggy fit and I’m glad I did, its exactly what I was expecting. The material is fairly soft for a linen blend, however its very light. I only wish it was a heavier linen, that way it would drap on the body better when in motion. I also wish the elastic in the waist band was a bit thicker, its not a huge problem but this would also help with draping around the waist area. I ended up tying the belt in the back and I think it works much better, especially well, due to the thiness of the elastic waist band.

had potential but was terrible

I wanted to love this because the fabric would be great for Florida summers, but it was AWFUL. Looked like a FLDS member. The ties on the shoulder still left a pretty big gap in the armpit. I'm 5'7" and it hit at an awkward length mid-calf. A different color/pattern could maybe help, but idk. Could have been great, but was not. Do not recommend.
