As soon as I saw this dress - I knew I wanted it! I usually get an XXL cause Iike things a little oversized. I ended up ordering 2 different colours/ patterns in an XL and XXL. The XL definitley fit better. However, I am keeping both still. The XXL was a tid bit big but I am heavy chested. I will say the two I ordered are differenr fabrics. The blue flowers is a silky fabric - more formal. Whereas the other black patterned dress was a lighter material. Only annoying thing - the zippers kind of suck.

just received the dress today, i was expecting it to be a tad shorter but it will still work for me! i would’ve preferred if the boning was only around my waist, my bust is a D cup but i looked quite flat in this. i don’t love the tie shoulders, i think its hard to get the sides tied even and they start to slip after awhile. also wish it included pockets. quality seems good to me but after reading other reviews i’m interested to see how it lasts and if it is worth the cost

Really good quality dress, fully lined with boning. I’m a medium based on the size chart but felt large. Ordered a small to see if it fits better. Would recommend.

Old AE Quality for More Money

Glad i got this when it was on sale, but $70 is still steep. Feels like old AE dresses but for a lot more money. Lately their dresses have been so poorly made, I started to look elsewhere for cheaper options. Love that the length isn’t long & corset is actually a corset. So well made like it was before.

sizing and zipper issues

So, ordered this dress in two sizes but one took two weeks to come and the zipper barely works! i still may keep the medium but it does run large and its hard to zip. need to make better quality for price especially.

Very nice dress but terrible fit

I bought thisin size xxs even though I'm usually more of an xs and the corset top was very loose. The corset is also a bit long and between the fit and length it cut me off at a really unflattering spot and made me look really frumpy. I wanted to love it because the material is really luxe and the pattern is really pretty but it just didn't look good. Also the zipper stuck in several spots, even with another person helping me we gave up trying to get it up all the way.

Zipper doesn't work

Beautiful dress but the quality is not worth $100. Zipper wont move at all so I can't wear it.

Arrived Damaged

Received dress with a Damaged Item Tag due to the broken zipper and hole! Not sure why a damaged product would have been sent. After speaking with customer care they told me that I can return the dress, but it's out of stock in my size so they won't be able to replace it.

Beautiful Fabric, Bad Design

I was excited to try this dress based on the reviews, but I’m a little disappointed with what I received.
The Good:
- The fabric of this dress has a nice weight, luxurious feel, and did not seem to hold any wrinkles from shipping. The color is vibrant and gorgeous.
The Bad:
- The zipper feels cheap and was difficult to unzip and zip back up.
- I went down a size to an XS based on other reviews and the size chart, but the dress is still way too big. The size chart shows XS at a 25.5in waist, but the dress measures nearly 28in.
- The boning is an awkward shape and was bent at the top. I wasn’t able to bend it back.
- There were a fair amount of loose threads and a piece of the lining had been sewn into the waist and poked out in the back.
I wasn’t happy with the overall look of the dress on, either. I think it may just not work for me. I did clip the dress in the back to see if it was worth sizing down again for a better fit and I felt like the straight seam of the waist as well at the straight neckline erased any curve I might have. Personally, I’m not sure that this dress is worth the cost.

Absurd quality for the price

100 dollars for polyester and you have to dry clean it? This is ridiculous. Doesn’t fit well either.
