Cute dress but very sheer

I am 5"5, 120 lbs and fit size S almost perfectly. Straps are a bit too long for me. The material of the dress is very sheer, most likely I will have to wear bra & undie in nude. The dress looks OK by itself. The bust part of the dress is puffy, which looks a bit weird on the sides (very flattery in the front tho). I'd suggest wearing a denim jacket with it.
