Super stretchy!

I was nervous about ordering my size (4) because I know black denim tends to be a tighter fit but these are SO stretchy i honestly couldn’t have sized down. Super cute.

These shorts are SUPER high rise which it says in the description. meaning they will probably sit above your belly button. It also says some stretch meaning no stretch. Under the details it has 1% elastane meaning no stretch. So they will be tight. If you looking for shorts that fit like there stretchy jeans/jeggings… it needs to have in the title AE next level, high rise(regular high waisted), high stretch. Good luck ladies. im a noraml size 6 in their high rise jeans/jeggings. i got these in an 8 and they were okay. size 30 waist, im 5'5 weigh about 165. ( thick thighs smaller waist)

These shorts are very cute, but they do run small in the waist. I definitely recommend getting one size up than you are used to. I’m normally a size 8 but would need a 10 for these to fit my waist.

Got these shorts and the indigo pair both in the same size and these ones were very big in the waist and tight on the thighs while the indigo pair fit perfectly, I had hoped the same style and size short would have fit the same.

Overall the shorts are super cute. However, be aware that the button is about 2 inches farther away than where a normal button should be, so it forces you to pull the shorts SUPER tight and suffocates you. Im actually surprised they made them like that with these being "curvy" shorts. I always wear a size 6 in everything but these are killing my stomach and make it hard to sit down. Not all of us are skinny models with flat tummys. They should have put a normal button on it too.

Terrible Fit

I ordered these in the same size I order the curvy mom jeans and they did not fit at all. My curvy mom jeans usually fit perfectly in a 20 but these had no hope of buttoning. I was extremely disappointed.
