AE Stretch Super High-Waisted Ripped Ankle Straight Jean

I LOVE the length and cut of these jeans! Super high-waisted but a bit tight in the hip (I’m typically a size 10 for reference). They don’t have as much stretch as the curvy jeans. I’m between 5’10” and 5’11” and all leg, so the X-Long length hits just below my ankle. If you have long legs (mine are about 36” hip-to-heel) go for the extra long.

These jeans are very comfortable and soft. The length and cut is perfect. The only problem I have with them is the holes and the knees are quite larger than I expected.

I ordered my usual size 8 and they fit more like a 6. So I took them back and got a 10 X long (which are normal length, i’m 5’7 for reference.) Super cute jeans for summer!

i really like the style of these jeans. be aware that these are quite short. i usually get a 4 regular and i am 5’6” and these are really short on me. can only wear them with sandals i really wish i had gotten a long as these look like flood pants

they sit a little shorter than expected, i ordered a long as nkrmally that length fits me (im a 31) but i found even that was an inch too short nut aside from that they were pergect and dit every other way

These jeans were so comfy and the colour was so cute. the cons i had with these were that they were so tight around the butt/hips area when the sizing is correct? i ordered a 00 short, fits well doesnt slip or anything. cuts right at my ankle but it wasnt a high rise, it sat just below my belly and without tying it back it fit like a low rise jean which i hated. when i squat down the back was just so uncomfy and it felt so tight i could fall down. im so disappointed because i wanted to like these jeans so bad.

i love these pants and im usally a 2 but in these i had to get a double zero! its possible that will not happen to everyone but just a heads up! im 5’6 and 115 lbs.

I really love these jeans.. this is actually my second pair of this style/cut. The first pair I ordered, the seams on the leg were not secure and split. That was disappointing but these ones seem to be perfect!

I love the color and style , though the holes were a bigger than expected and the jeans were a tad bit shorter . Love the jeans though !

I loved these but unfortunately they didn’t work for my small waist and big thighs/hips. I had a very large gap in the back of the waist but otherwise everything else fit. Also size up if you’re more curvy just because there isn’t much stretch to these.

I do love these,l. They are a nice fit. However, they sit about an inch below my belly button. That ain’t super high rise to me.

I’m a curvy girl. i have sort of a small waist with thick thighs. i’m usually a size 14-16 in AE jeans. I ordered a size 16 in these and they fit very well from my knee and down, but the rest was tight. the waist is just a tiny bit roomy but they definitely don’t stretch. they’re tight in my front and booty area. i would return for a size 18 but i’m scared of the lower half being too big. i also can’t return because the post office is a drive from where i live, and since i also live in an apartment the delivery drivers never want to come upstairs and pick up our packages for returns and i don’t feel comfortable leaving my package elsewhere since people around here usually steal stuff all the time so i’m just gonna keep these in hopes they’ll eventually get a little loose in time without ripping them 🥲 so if you’re a curvy girl i would highly recommend possibly sizing up 1-2. the only jeans i ever buy are American Eagle and out of all the pairs I have these are the first that i’ve had a little issue with.

These jeans are cute but if your curvy size up unfortunately. Jean fit perfect on my waist but not the booty. There is no stretch to the jeans so I had to return them for a bigger size which fits good but the waist is too big. Just a warning for anyone who has bigger hips and booty…

I love these jeans so much. They’re perfect with a crop top. The waistband and front area stretched out a bit after wearing them for a few hours but that didn’t affect how well they stayed up or anything. #AEReviewSweepsEntry

I'm 5'7" and 150lbs. Athletic build. The waist is quite roomy, but tight in the thighs. The knee holes for whatever reason hit above my actual knees. I have nearly all my denim from AE and have always bought regular length with no issues. This style is the only one that is a little funny on the destruction. Overall a cute style. Just kind of a weird fit.

love the cut but my belly wont fit in this size 16

I fell in love with the jeans in the fitting room but am wishing I sized down because they stretch out a lot while wearing and became loose in the waist and butt through the night!

overall i love these jeans however as soon as i washed them they turned a completely different color which is a bummer. they turned super dark
