AE Vegan Leather Chelsea Boot

I’ve been waiting for AE to make more black chelsea boots since my last pair got lost in a recent move. These are not it. Took them out of the box and they were comically shiny like patent leather that you would see at a kink club, and they were so clunky. I’m bummed because I was looking forward to these. I usually wear 8 in AE boots and these were huge.

I agree with the other reviews that say these boots really do not look the same in person. They are a very shiny fake leather and the toe is very square. I also thought that they had sort of a plush/sock look around the ankles but it was just a thin stretchy material. More chunky in person too
