Runs small, fits odd

The print is so pretty I wanted to love it so bad... but it runs small and bunches up really oddly at the chest if you are smaller chested. It also runs small, and if you tighten the straps it helps with the bunching but then it gets too tight for the shoulders.

it is SO SMALL and cheap. I'm a true XL but I ordered a XXL for it to be flowy, and this top fit like a large. It was a struggle to even put it on, and is also see-through and has no stretch or give. It was so disappointing.
