I was so excited to try this top out but it’s definitely not large bust girl friendly. I’m a 38DD and tried a medium since I have a smaller waist and didn’t want it to puff out too much. I was practically suffocating because the armpit and chest area was so tight. I’m usually a Medium sometimes a large in tops but i’m afraid if I want to repurchase i’ll need a XL or even an XXL. It really threw me off too because american eagle is a brand that tends to be true to size. I have never had to go above a medium. I would have ordered two sizes up had I known but now it’s sold out. What a bummer.

so frustrating

i love this top! i think it looks like a reformation dupe. however… it fits terribly. like other reviewers said - i’m a 36b and it is way too tight in the top. been waiting for ages for mediums to come back into stock, but i always miss them.

im only a 36B and got a medium (my usual siE) and i couldnt even button it. it was soo tight up top. felt like I’d gotten an XS.

Not for women with a large bust

I wear a 36d or 38c and had to go up from a M to a L and even still it was snug. untied ribbon and unbuttoned it and it didnt make a difference. I Was waiting for this top forever since AE loves to showcase clothes wayyy before they are available for purchase and this was such a let down. (this top was shown with mini cargo skort months before it was available) and it looks long but with a chest it is indeed cropped. So bummed it didnt work out.
