Great staple to have in closet! I didn’t experience the buckle issues others have in their reviews so I’m glad I tried it out for myself. Buckle works fine and I’m able to undo belt with no issue.

I bought this belt for my daughter. She loves how she can wear it with casual jeans or more dressy with black dress pants. With having the holes all the way down it definitely makes it where it can be used at different sizes without having to make your own.

I bought this belt for my daughter. It’s seems to be good quality & simple, yet cute, style. Bought according to her pant size & unfortunately was way too small. I had to return it & was advised to go up two sizes because all AE belts are sized small. She wears size 0 in AE pants, new belt size M fit great for both natural waist & low waist pants.

really cute belt and i love the extra holes so it can be worn higher up but the first time i put it on and wanted to take it off i could not get it back out of the hoop buckle, it seemed as if the belt was too big for the belt hoop. thankfully my boyfriend got it out with multiple tries

its a really cute belt but it does not follow the size chart at all. I wear size 4, and am
about 135llbs so I got a small and I swear it fits like an XS, maybe even an XXS. I had already thrown the tag away so im stuck with it now and am just gonna donate it but be aware its very small.

Honestly, I’m really disapointed in the quality of this belt. The leather looks wrickled and cheap and the buckle itself looks cheap as well and certainly not as gold as the picture makes it look. For comparison is a picture of a pacsun belt I’ve had for about 4 years (left) compated to this brand new AE belt that hasnt even been worn and already looks rough. All that to say, it looks and feels very cheap. Giving two stars because it could be cute if the quality was better.

I love the look of it and that it's real leather. But that's all. The belt is too wide for the buckle, it takes forever to squeeze it in and out of the buckle and by doing that it is ruining the leather. Wish I could return it, lost the receipt.

Non-stop Peeling

I have ordered several belts from AE in the past, so I had high hopes for this one. Unfortunately, it started peeling immediately after I cut off the tags. I keep finding black chunks on my clothes and my surroundings. Luckily, it still has an acceptable finish under the peeling areas.

Yes, the belt is “leather” but it has to be the toughest, poorest quality leather I’ve tried to fasten. The leather tears flaking off during first year. Leather shouldn’t flake at all.

took me 15+ minutes and a butter knife to get the strap through the buckle to take the belt off. either the buckle is too small or the belt is not flexable enough to squeeze through.

i have never purchased anything from AE that i’ve felt was not worth the price paid. i am very disappointed with this belt. today is my first day wearing it and its peeling off in tiny shards of black everywhere. the buckle is too small for the width of the belt and thats one reason the leather is peeling off. it takes 3 times the time and energy putting this belt on and taking it off as it does a regular belt. Not returning, but not happy at all with this.

As another reviewer said: the leather is too wide for the buckle. I struggled to buckle it and then got stuck barely got it off because the leather is so tightly fit into the buckle. It’s cute, but doesn’t function! Returning immediately.
