I am 125lbs, 5 feet tall, typically a size 4Short in AE jeans, 27/28 in Levi's and I purchased the Small/Medium option. It's so cute and I plan to wear it with my skirts but it was slightly larger than I anticipated. I have to clip it on the links between the gold coins. Still wearable but I should have purchased the XS/Small.

This belt is super cute! One thing I will say is that the first time I ordered it, when it arrived the clasp was broken so the quality is a bit doubtful. However, it was on major sale so I did exchange it and get a different one. I am 6', about 170 lbs, and got the size M'L the first time because that is usually the range of sizes I wear in pants from AE, and it was WAY too big. So definitely if you think you are inbetween sizes then size down.
