Finally found the right size: 2 x-short. These are super soft and drape nicely. I would say mid-rise, not low rise. I am 5' and 115lbs with an athletic build. I tried both the size 4 and 6 and while I could have worn the size 4, they just looked a little sloppy. The size 2 does not look sloppy. These are not tight anywhere.

Softest jeans ever! They do stretch out quite a bit after a couple hours of wear so size down. Despite that, still my favorite jeans I’ve ever owned!!

Between my daughter and I we now own 5 pairs of "Dreamy Drape" low rise baggy wide leg pants. They are so light weight and soft, flowy and comfortable. They look good dressed up or down. And the low rise waist is super flattering.

These are very comfortable. Im usually a medium, 4 or 6. I ended up going for the 4 regular and it fit well. For a more baggier fit I probably coudlve went a size up. But its exactly like the picture.

The style is so amazing and they’re such comfortable jeans, but they also fit so well they don’t even feel like that hard type of denim and its that denim that’s comfortable where you can even relax. wish i coukd get it in the other color but its out of stock

I recently went into my local store and tried these jeans and instantly fell in love with the material and fit. The only issue was the length, they were too long and I really wanted them. The sales associate advised me that they could order them in the length that I needed and it would take about a week to get shipped to me. I got them ahead of schedule and once I slipped them on I remembered why I fell in love initially, the light stretch, smoothness of the drape, the comfortable fit and now the perfect length. I am thinking I might just buy another pair to have a back up. Best baggy jeans I have ever owned. 5 stars for American Eagle.
