First I bought my size and they were big like falling off big. Bought the smaller size and they fit great. Certainly loose but so soft and comfortable. Mine had rips too, big ones.

I should’ve figured being a boyfriend short that these would run large…I did order one size down from my usual, but I could go maybe 3 sizes down because they’re HUGE! I realize they’re supposed to be a little baggy, but with the stretch I think going down 3 sizes they’d fit great when I first put them on and get loose throughout the day. I’m going to reorder smaller sizes because I do like them. Also, mine came with rips in them, which isn’t shown in any of the pictures. I don’t mind the rips, but definitely misrepresented in the listing.

I just received my AE Stretch Low-Rise Shorts. They aren't very low rise. Also, I agree with another person who reviewed these. The shorts in the picture are NOT the shorts I received either. They have rips and are the destroyed look. I was looking for shorts without rips on the leg.

I really like the fit of these, rise is more midrise than low and they have a really good amount of stretch. but unfortunately i received the wrong shorts (same style but different details/color). the photo shows shorts with no rips, the ones i recieved are distressed. now i have to go hunt down the right ones in my size (hopefully) in stores and i truly dont have time for that. really disappointed.

Ok so I reviewed these previously, and did like I said and ordered smaller sizes. The smallest one I ordered did fit and I would love them EXCEPT WHY DO THEY COME WITH RIPS IN THEM WHEN THAT IS NOT SHOWN IN THE PICTURES??? I DID NOT WANT A DESTRUCTED LOOK! Back to the store they go.
