Perfect wide leg jean

These seem to run true to size and they are SO cute. I'm 5'10" and I wouldn't mind a half inch more of length, but they're still great. The wash is fantastic and they are great for the peach. Love.

Love these!! So soft and light! First pair of wide leg jeans that look good on me!! I've searched and searched! I'm 5'4", 127lbs, don't have a waist, have some belly and have a small flat butt. Fit me better than Madewell jeans!

these are comfy and long. im 5’1 and with boots they somwhat covered the point. they are wide leg and i wore a belt. i normally am between 25s or 26s just depends on the material or brand. i went with 25. i might be able to do a 24. worth the price on sale.

I’m a huge fan of wide leg jeans and was so excited to try AE’s premium denim. These were fabulous (wash, cut, weight of denim, etc) but they were very oversized, and being 5’2”, they swallowed me up. I recommend sizing down at least 1 size (maybe 2) which sadly were not available in petite length.

Crotch Cut Gone Wrong

I wanted to love these jeans—they’re the perfect color, size, and length. The wide-leg design is so flattering, and the material is soft and feels like great quality. However, the fit in the crotch is a huge issue. The jeans ride up uncomfortably in the bum, and I have to constantly adjust my underwear (i.e. pull out the Murphy) and jeans throughout the day. It’s honestly a dealbreaker.
When I first tried them on, I fell in love, but after wearing them for a full day, I realized they’re not practical. Unfortunately, customer service informed me that I can’t return them because they’ve been worn. I’m really disappointed because these had so much potential. What a waste of money!

The price I got these for was a steal, but I wish I could return them. The color is great. The length is perfect. The high waist is flattering and does not stretch to enhance the mom pooch. The issue is the cut of the crotch. I can't wear them more than an hour or two without making SEVERAL bathroom visits for adjustments. Look again at the 5th photo.I have not had this issue with any other jeans from AE/Aerie and I have a ton because I love them. This is however my second pair of premium jeans and I did return the first pair for the fit but that one was mercifully apparent from the first try on and I didn't wear them for the day.
