Live fit and dark wash

Love the fit of these jeans. For ordering, I followed the reviews and sizing details and chose size 10. I do have a bit of a short waist, yet they weren’t too high waisted or too long. I’m 5’5” tall and weigh 172lbs. There’s enough stretch in the fabric but not too much. Great for a dressier denim vine in the dark wash. I will wear with a casual heel shoe.

These jeans are great. My daughter recommended them to me after her search for a dark denim. They are comfy and look very classy. They can be dressed up with heels, boots or be styled casually. They fit true to size in my opinion. The one thing to be aware of is with all dark denim, the color will rub off on light colored shoes. This happened after wearing my jeans with white leather sneakers. I washed my shoes immediately and the blue stains came out completely. Overall I am very happy with my purchase and I got them at such a great price! Buy these jeans, you will be glad you did.

these jeans are amazing! They fit snug and high on my hips, while loose and comfortable on my legs. I bought them for fall sweater weather and they did not disappoint. I own 3 colors now. I’m 5’7 and 140lbs bought a size 6 for a perfect fit. Im obsessed.

Would have been 5 stars if they weren’t so long!! I also sized down after reading reviews. Usually a 4, but ordered a 2. Very glad I did this because they are pretty baggy. So flattering though! Definitely keeping and having them hemmed up.

I ordered size 10 Short but they’re still long. The stitching on the flap of the jeans that’s near the zipper is a little noticable but it’s fine. Overall I like them very much.

Beautiful pair of jeans, but quite long

Starting with the good: These jeans are ALMOST my dream pair. They're gorgeous. The wash is beautiful and the fit is soooooo close to just right; well fitted in the waist and thigh, and nice and loose in the leg. They feel well built and have nice, subtle details.
Sadly, these jeans are too long on me. I bought a 6 short, but they're still almost 4 inches too long for me to wear. For reference, I'm 4'11" with a 28 inch waist, proportionately bigger hips.
I'm going to get these hemmed, because they're perfect in every other way.

These are nice premium jeans and they do run a bit snug ( like most A77 jeans for me) but not to uncomfortable. I’m not sure they are actually stovepipe. Maybe modern cut but definitely not vintage looking. For reference I am athletic build so maybe different body type would fit differently.

I've had lots of problems with these jeans. I got the 4 short, because the other reviews said that they're quite long, and I'm 5'4". The length was perfect, the waist was HUGE. Like, could fit three fists huge. I returned them and bought the 2 short. Still big! Like, 6 inches to big. Love them, I liked the fit... if it fit properly.

Too much stretch for a stovepipe style IMHO

Stats- 5; 3 138 lbs: I sized up per some of the reviews from my usual AE 4, but both the 6 & 8 are massive. I also had hopes for these to be a true dark denim at the price point- but they are only 70% cotton (60 organic, 10 recycled), 28% lyocell & 2% elastane. So at the seams they bunch- esp at the rear seam. BTW yes they are long- stovepipes are supposed to mimic their namesake- you style them with an extra large cuff. The rise is 7.5 & the inseam is 32 on the size 6 regular, made in China. If they made these out of non stretch they would be amazing!

I purchase this 2 months , love the style . Unfortunately after pre-wash this dark blue jean. It bleed color dye all over my hand and legs. Thanks god , I didn't wear an White top with this jean. I am unhappy . all day needed to wash my hand from dye .

shipped late and delivered wrong TWICE

I got the dark wash version of these jean for a trip i took and when they arrived they were the lightest wash. So i returned it and ordered it again, it was supposed to ship in 3-5 days which would mean it shoulve deliver before my trip. I ended up arrived two days after I already left (shipped in 9 days) and when i got back and opened my package they gave me the light wash AGAIN. such cute jeans, so sad they can’t seem to get my order right. def not ordering from ae again

horrible! inconsistant sizing and no stretch

AE jeans are so inconsistant in sizing. I ordered my normal size and they were at least 2 sizes too small. The fit wasn’t even close to fitting the way my others do. The reviews said these run large but I still ordered my regular size and they do bot run big unless they can’t standardize their sizing. In addition, these were marked as having moderate stretch. They have no stretch. They are stiff and ridgid and not at all comfortable. I am extremely disappointed.
