my favorite pair of jeans. i ordered a size up since reveiws told me to but i dont think i needed to, but it goes nicely with a belt and are the perfect baggy, low waisted style

Love these jeans so much. I normally wear 4 short in all AE jeans and since these don’t come in different lengths I was apprehensive at first. They’re perfect and can even be cuffed if needed and still look super cute. They just fit so well everywhere and the material is such good quality. They’re definitely more of a low rise denim. They also wash well. I don’t dry any of my denim so I can’t speak on that. I also bought the same ones in the ripped option and feel the exact same way about those. I definitely love AE’s premium denim line and feel they’re worth the extra money because of the quality and fit. They go on sale often so my recommendation is to try them when they’re on sale to make sure you’re happy with them. Highly recommend!!! This coming from a 49 year old Mom of two!!!

for the smller waist to hip ratio peeps

So I ordered these in a 12. I am short with an athletic build, thicker waist and thighs, the whole 9. The 12 fit great in the hip but too big in the waist. I went down to a 10, now those are much more snug in the waist and thigh but fit better in the waist. So, while the 10s are slightly more uncomfy that the 12s since theyre tighter but this material will stretch with wear and I can wear a compression body suit. I think the 12s will drive me nuts with how much room is in the waist. love the cut theyre very flattering so 10/10
