On the longer side of a jean short, but super comfy, and very flattering. The material is a bit stretchy which is nice.

Really glad I sized up because I don't know how I'd squeeze into a 4. I love that it is stretchy but I dropped a star because I am not stoked on the flap pockets in the back that make it extra bulky.

No Stretch, Size Up

I really like the high waist and length of these shorts but there is no stretch to them so I suggest sizing up. I am 5’4 and 150-155lbs and I ordered by usual size which is a 10. I should have ordered a 12 because I can barely button these.

Great shorts but small

I bought these shorts initially in an 8 and they are tighter than I wanted, so I reordered in a 10. The waist of the 10 is the same as the 8, just a little more room in the legs. Off to exchange again - the style of these shorts is otherwise perfect. For reference, I'm 5'9, 170#, and typically float between an 8 or a 10 depending on the cut / brand.
