Comfortable but too large

I love the material and feel of this shirt, but it runs way too big. I typically order M Tall in shirts from AE because i need the length, but this one feels almost like an XL. I had hoped that running it through a cycle of wash and dry might shrink it down some, but it didn’t help the sizing at all. Definitely disappointed in this purchase.
