Holes after four washes

Shirt developed three small holes around the Eagle stitched in on the chest after approximately four wears/washes. I called customer service and the represenative said AE doesn't really warrant their clothing but I could take the shirt into a store if I have one around me for an exchange. After a huge hassle recently with an exchange at the local store involving an online order where AE sent me a completely different pair of shorts than what I had ordered, I've decided to just eat the cost of this shirt. I've been a loyal customer and a fan of AE for many years, but lately they've been blowing it big time.

My t-shirt had a small hole on the front side right below the American Eagle symbol, and on the back of the t-shirt as well in the same place.

Wore/washed once and faded/caused holes at logo

After washing it once in a less than year old washer dryer the color faded and the logo is starting to rip off the shirt. Poor quality
