Fits just right! Very good quality and strong.

Nice fit just didnt have that AirFlexablity.

These are the only jeans my other half will wear. He has such a problem finding jeans that fit right.

You can never go wrong with American eagle jeans they are pretty true to their size

Great jeans.  This is my second pair.  Fit is great, length is good, although I wish they did a 33 length .

The color is fine, however, the fit is more of an original straight leg rather than slim fit.

The color is great, and the length is fine, but these jeans fit more like either the original straight, or an athletic fit, as opposed to slim straight. I bought them because the newer slim straight jeans taper a bit more at the ankle than the older slim straight jeans. I have an older pair of slim straight jeans that I absolutely love but haven't been able to find another pair that fit like them. A slim straight fit should be just that - slim in the thigh and straight in the lower leg area. I wish AE would consider changing the style of these jeans.

these jeans look and feel great but they are loose in the waist even though this is the small end of what fits me. i thought it might improve after washing, but they came fresh out of the wash still falling down loose, and now seem shorter as they fall above my ankles. so its definitely a short and stout fit for the sizing. I’m typically a 31x30, but i ordered 30x30 in these after losing some weight. i just started wearing some of my old 30x30 jeans and they are slightly tight— i thought the stretch might help with these but they ended up fitting more like 31x28.

Ordered two pair in 32x32. Arrived quickly. They fit a little different when trying them on but didnt think a whole lot about it since I have been ordering these for years. After washing, I compared to my previous favorite pairs- 1” longer and 1” baggier in the legs. Not a fan of this new fit on me.

I've been buying AE slim straight jeans for years. After 3 of my older pairs ripped within a month, I needed some new ones right away. I ordered 3 pairs of these, but unfortunately they are not the same. Though it says there is stretch (and you can stretch them a bit in your hands), it feels like there is no stretch while wearing them. If you like AE jeans for the stretchiness, these are not it. Also, the legs are baggier than previous versions of slim straight - these are more like the original straight. I know fashions change, but that's why there are different models/fits of jeans! Last, the back pocket placement is SO low - the pockets are sitting on the underside of the butt. Didn't have this issue with previous versions of the slim straight jeans, just the 2024 versions. Really disappointing!
