Terrible Material & Even Worse Return Policy

I decided to try a different type of material for American Eagle jeans — big mistake. The fabric is awful: thin, stiff, and uncomfortable. Definitely not what I expected, especially for the price.
I didn’t even wear or wash them, and I was still well within the return window. But AE refused to take them back with no real explanation. So now I’m stuck with jeans I’ll never wear — I literally am waiting for them to arrive back via FedEx so i can toss them in the trash.
Bottom line: don’t bother trying anything new from them. If it doesn’t work out, they won’t have your back.

Very Poor Quality!

I bought these a month ago and they are quite literally falling apart. I wore them maybe 10 times total and washed them less than a handful of times and on the inside you can clearly see the poor quality as its disintegrated. When you are sitting at certain angles it the material stretches and there are very visible holes in the jeans where the material has failed.
Requested a refund as this product is clearly defective. Avoid these TENCEL Fiber Jeans

honestly the pants was exactly what i was looking for: a nice light blue pair of jeans that was large enough to cover over my Jordans. the issue is that they ripped one month later. they werent tight on me. infact i had to wear tight belt with it but they ripped. the quality on these are awful and im appauled that American Eagle would sell this given their track record.
