I had to return because I already purchased the same item from the AE store; sorry. I had to do an exchange at the store in Bonita, CA and the on-duty manager told me he had to have an order number, or he couldn't help me. I forced him to call customer service and get it for me; he had his assistant do it. She was very nice, but I was not impressed with the on-duty manager. The assistant went out of her way to help me and ensured the transaction went smoothly. The manager, however, was unwilling to help until I got loud. I was not impressed with the supervisor, VERY impressed with the associate.

I loved the cargo shorts but had to return them because they were too big. I had to do an exchange at the store in Bonita, CA and the on-duty manager told me he had to have an order number, or he couldn't help me. I forced him to call customer service and get it for me; he had his assistant do it. She was very nice, but I was not impressed with the on-duty manager. The assistant went out of her way to help me and ensured the transaction eventually went smoothly. The manager, however, was unwilling to help until I got loud. I was NOT impressed with the supervisor, but VERY impressed with the associate.
