Converse Chuck Taylor All Star High-Top Sneaker

Constantly I keep getting notifications that my size in red are out of stock. AE please fix this problem.

After taking forever to arrive, I get sent the wrong color. I ordered them in black. The packaging wasn’t good either the box came crushed. Doesn’t look good if I were to give as a gift. They just put the shoes in a regular Poly Mailer.

customer service was a huge help. I am still very upset with the warehouse and how they clearly do not check sizes. I ordered an eight in women’s and received a 6 1/2 in women’s not once but twice. And yes, two times in a row sent back the first pair re-ordered the eight and received another 6 1/2. Clearly someone in that warehouse has no clue what they are doing. Thank you American Eagle. Customer service for all of your help. Much appreciated. I give customer service five stars, warehouse zero. as for the converse themselves, they were very good quality.

Ordered W/9, box was correct but when opened and took shoes out they were both a size W/8. Really should verify the correct size before mailing out, would have taken no more than 2 minutes to check!! Was a gift so very annoyed…
