AE Striped Button-Up Resort Shirt

I like the feel of this shirt; it is comfortable without being too heavy. The vertical stripes are a nice change from my usual style.

Love American Eagle shirts. This one does not disappoint. I always get my button downs here. They fit great, great quality and like the way they look with jeans or cargo shorts

I was a little late buying short sleeve shirts for the summer. Although it was easy to find shirts that were blue, I just didn't like any of the shirts that were red or brown. I looked at a number of stores at the mall. but couldn't find anything. Finally I stopped in at what I had decided would be the last store for the day. The AE Striped Button-Up Resort Shirt caught my eye. It was just the right color and the right style. Imagine my surprise when I went to pay for it and found I qualified for a discount. Then I was told that I could get another discount if I applied for and was approved for a credit card. If you're looking for something and can't find it, try American Eagle.

This is just an ordinary button-down priced exorbitantly high. I'm not sure American Eagle knows they're not 2000s-era Abercrombie & Fitch. To be perfectly transparent- it's a nice top, just highly overpriced. I'm underwhelmed and plan on returning.
