was perfect until the first wash

My son loved this jogger set. I washed it as directed and it came out with random red spots. Ironically, the joggers were in the same load and not one red spot on them. I did wash with other black clothes, but nothing colored. No bleach of any sort, nothing. I attached a picture showing the set together. Other than that, they’re such a nice set and very soft. So depending on how customer service treats me after the money I’ve spent with AE (and I have never had to reach out)… will determine if I recommend this. Still waiting…

Red discoloration!

The grey/black material is very nice, BUT I’m disappoint that it has a noticeable red tinted discoloration to it now. I only washed it once in a load with a new pair of AE Jeans. Then I washed it a second time by itself and it REMAINED red. I’m hoping to return the set and choose a different color.
