misleading description, doesnt have pockets :(

These fit just a touch small compared to the size chart. I have a female body, but I wear a women’s 14/men’s 36 and I buy them to be quite roomy. I have a 34” waist and a 43” hip. The large JUST fits me so I feel like they’d dig in on a man with a 35-38” waist. That being said they have a bit of stretch and the fabric feels nice. The colour and pattern is nice too. My biggest issue with these is the misleading the product description claiming they have pockets when they DO NOT. I buy men’s boxers to use as lounge/novelty shorts and I bought these specifically because I thought they had pockets. When I opened them and they clearly didn’t have pockets, I went back to check the product page. The pictures don’t show them having pockets but the “more details” section of the description clearly states that they have side pockets. This is a huge bummer for me and I haven’t decided if I’m going to keep these or return them and try to find a different pair that has pockets :(
